Alan McGrath is the latest partner to join Recruitment Entrepreneur and James Caan CBE’s portfolio as part of REflex, their non-investment model which gives ambitious recruiters the support and infrastructure required to set up and run their own business.

Alan McGrath’s business, Reliance Talent Acquisition, draws on his 20 years’ experience within recruitment to provide an exceptional service to clients and candidates within the Transport & Logistics, Food & Beverage Production, Engineering, and Commercial sectors.

Reliance Talent Acquisition specialises in recruiting talent for both the operational and commercial arms of a business. Whether Quality Assurance Managers, Freight Operators, Engineers or HR Managers, Reliance Talent Acquisition has the industry expertise and networks to ensure the optimum fit for client and candidate alike. Founder Alan McGrath’s background spans not only recruitment, but also supply chain and logistics management. He has a depth of knowledge and hands-on experience when it comes to running an operation or facility as cost-efficiently as possible, giving him a key advantage when consulting clients.
