I can't believe I haven't done this already! What can I say? They do exactly what they say they do. RE invested in us 8 years ago and have helped us scale in every area. Headcount, revenues, geographical scope etc
We have placed Auditors, Tax Accountants and Corporate Finance specialists into 42 countries worldwide in that time. 100+ different major cities. They aren't really PE as we know it - most PE firms invest and want a financial return in as short a time as possible. Which is fair enough. RE are business partners. There's knowledge, there's patience, there's emotional and physical support too. They know recruitment - and someone who truly knows your sector is absolutely essential when looking for an investment partner.
