We're pleased to introduce two new faces to the RE team: Claudia Weaver, Marketing Intern, and Tom Blagbrough, Finance Assistant.
Claudia Weaver has joined the marketing team for her year placement as part of her Masters programme at Kingston University, where she is studying Managing in the Creative Economy. With experience as a professional photographer and videographer, her ambition is focused on combining digital marketing with her creative talents.
About her new role, Claudia said:
"I admire RE's brand perspective of collaborative innovation and am excited to be learning from such an inspirational business."
Group Marketing & Communications Director, Sam Proctor added,
"We're excited Claudia has joined us for her placement. She is a talented creative and we're looking forward to training and mentoring her on the world of marketing."
Tom Blagbrough has joined the RE finance team, assisting the senior management team and wider finance function with the monitoring and financial forecasting of the portfolio businesses. Tom graduated with a degree in Economics and Management from Hertford College, Oxford last year.
"Having taken time out to travel in India and South Korea, I'm now really looking forward to start working. The opportunity to start my professional career in such a fast-growing organisation, with exposure to such a wide variety of industries, is incredibly exciting. I can't wait to get stuck in!"
Jeremy Roberts, RE's Financial Controller commented:
"I am really pleased Tom has joined the team. We're about to enter a very busy period in finance as we close out 2019, prepare for the end of year audit and kick off the 2020 budgeting process. Bringing Tom into the team will really help us deliver these projects and more!"
