Since launching with Recruitment Entrepreneur (RE) at the end of 2017, they have successfully developed their brand and innovative product offering across the EMEA and APAC regions in particular. Group8 has facilitated substantial growth for those it has represented with an ‘inch wide mile deep’ razor sharp focus.
Founder and CEO, Miranda Hilton, together with Group’s experienced team have taken the business from strength to strength since its inception to create a robust sustainable offering. Together with Recruitment Entrepreneur, Group8, a powerhouse boutique brand in its sector, has attracted an enviable repeat client base supporting on some of the most challenging growth projects around the world with its seamless boundary-less approach. The business launched a ‘market first’ solution tailored to an individual client’s’ needs, designed to combine the best of internal and external resource and expertise to drive law firms’ accelerated growth.
After 5 years with RE, Miranda and team are now ready to take the business to the next level. Group8 will be exiting the portfolio with a management buyout buoyed by all the learnings, confidence, and guidance from the partnership. With Group8 now having evolved its product offerings to be ‘best in class’, the business is well positioned to independently continue its journey in facilitating success for its select global customer portfolio.
