Recruitment Entrepreneur (RE) is proud to announce the launch of its latest REflex partner FS Recruity. The collaboration between the two resulted from Dale's search for a suitable investor. After discovering RE and its REflex model, he was impressed by the straightforward process, operational support, and management insights available to support setting his business venture up to succeed.
Dale has always had a strong passion for recruitment, nurtured during his time as Key Account Manager at Totaljobs Group. Despite initially pursuing other ventures, it wasn't until a few years ago that Dale dived into the recruitment industry, instantly excelling, and finding a natural ability.
Reflecting on the journey, Dale stated, "Recruitment felt like a perfect fit from day one. The challenges and successes I had fuelled my inspiration to establish a business of my own."
