Abid Hamid Group CEO of Recruitment Entrepreneur steps down from the position of CEO and remains on the board as a Non-Executive Director.
Abid Hamid has been at the helm of Recruitment Entrepreneur for over 6 years and has driven the company, and brand, from strength to strength which now works with, and supports, over 35+ portfolio partner businesses.
Abid says: “It’s been a fantastic 6.5 years in charge of one of the fastest-growing recruitment companies in the market. In that time we delivered 62% CAGR on EBIT, doubled the number of JVs, achieved a very successful exit ( 80x), and continue to deliver exceptional results for our shareholders. However, the best part of this journey has been working with some exceptional people within RE and the JVs, seeing them grow and achieve their goals has been fantastic. The Recruitment Entrepreneur brand is now to be exported to 20 countries across the globe to replicate this success. I will remain on the board of RE as a Non-Executive Director and Greg Hollis will step up to be CEO in January.”
