Corporate Social Responsibility

We believe in achieving more.

We have an enormous corporate responsibility to benefit the planet and the people within.

As a company, we believe everyone should be doing more. Our commitments focus on the support we give to: the Armed Forces Covenant, Schools with low funding, and creating a sustainable eco-friendly environment.

Armed Forces Covenant

The covenant is a national responsibility involving government, businesses, local authorities, charities and the public.

It is a pledge that together we acknowledge and understand that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy and society they serve with their lives.

We support the organisation by helping towards:

  • Education and family well-being
  • Having a home
  • Starting a new career
  • Access to healthcare
  • Financial assistance
  • Discounted services

Ark Evelyn Grace Academy

Ark Evelyn Grace Academy is a low funded school in Lambeth. The school is currently at half capacity and doesn't have the affordability for enough teachers, books or equipment.

Due to the schools lack of funding, the sixth form was closed.

Recruitment Entrepreneur is currently supporting by:

  • Funding & donation of school books
  • Funding & donation of sports equipment
  • Funding coaching/mentoring
  • Providing marketing support to raise awareness of the schools current situation
  • Creating a Dragon's Den style project to teach them entrepreneurial skills for the future

Environmental Sustainability

Recruitment Entrepreneur believes they have a huge responsibility towards Environmental Sustainability. To contribute towards this, the offices have a prominent recycling policy.

Recycling reduces the need to extract new raw materials from the Earth. Which lessens the harmful disruption and damage being done to the natural world: fewer forests cut down, rivers diverted, wild animals harmed or displaced, and less pollution of water, soil and air.

When paper gets recycled it preserves natural resources, saving energy, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and keeps landfill space free from other types of waste that can't be recycled.
