Frédéric Senet launches his Recruitment and HR Strategy company, Dragon Republic, in partnership with serial investor James Caan (CBE), chairman of Recruitment Entrepreneur.
Dragon Republic is the latest business to join the Recruitment Entrepreneur portfolio. Dragon Republic will be working within the HR industry and will be providing executive search, contracting, RPO and EQ services across the region, placing leaders and professionals into strategic roles and helping companies change their cultures and look towards a bright future.
Frédéric began his career working with major groups such as Adecco, SPSS, IBM and then entered the entrepreneurship world where he created his first recruitment company, Essential Values which he sold back in 2018. Having already been a successful business owner, he will use these leadership and business skills armed by support from RE to accelerate the success of his new venture. He has access to key c-level executives and leaders who will help clients optimize their business strategy and sustain the growth of their companies.
He has very strong experience working in Luxembourg, a country that is connected to financial places worldwide, and experiencing high interaction with surrounding countries such as Belgium, France and Germany. This will drive a large need for international assignments, which Frédéric will be able to capitalise on.
His 20 years of track record success within the industry, coined with his strong values, bullet-proof code of ethics, support, and business model from RE, and outstanding multilingual consultants will set Frederic apart from his competitors within the industry. He will use this to become a key player and leader within his sector and aims to expand in Luxemburg and globally.
