The benefits of diversity in the world of business are clear. Last year our team placed across 53 different countries, in order to achieve this successfully they need to be diverse themselves.
At Recruitment Entrepreneur, we recognise the industry biases when it comes to who is regarded as "investable". We strive to break the venture capitalist tradition by championing diversity and inclusion. From an investment perspective, almost 40% of our portfolio partners are all-female or mixed-gender leadership teams.

Our CSR company policy outlines our efforts to give back to the environment and society as it gives to us. It is integral to how we do business and how we treat the people who work for us and who we work with.
