We have invested in best in class shared services function, systems and IT support. We even have top of the range office space you can use for important meetings, creative work space, or to hold client events. Because we have these around the UK, you have access to buzzing, city centre offices to base your teams in when you are opening new locations.

The partnerships enables you to focus on growing you company, not on never ending costs and admin.

Talent Attraction

There are over 18,000 UK recruitment businesses of which only 15% will ever get above 20 people. So supporting you with talent attraction is key for us. We have a headhunting function committed to finding talent for your business, and host regular events to introduce you to potential hires in a relaxed setting.

We also have dedicated programmes to give you access to some of the best graduates and experienced hires in the market through the James Caan Talent Academy and the Entrepreneur Programme.

Shaune Hulse

Financial Controller

Shaune started working in recruitment in 2001, and has 6 year experience as Financial Controller running finance teams in the UK as well as internationally. On two occasions, he was hired into start-ups to setup the finance processes and teams in rapid growth environments, both companies growing from 0 – 100 headcount in their first year.

After a spell in professional services & media he returns to the recruitment sector with RE.

Shaune’s main focus is the day to day running of the finance department and ensuring accurate and timely reporting across the portfolio, as well as assisting new companies setup their accounts function and systems when joining the RE portfolio.

GKR London

GKR London is a property focused recruitment company. It had been running for 3 years before RE invested in Grant to scale it. When Grant approached us for funding, GKR had only 2 staff but had developed a great reputation and name in the market that gave us confidence that it could be a lot bigger than it was. RE became partners with GKR in April 2014, and since then they have grown to a team of 15, and have even invested in a second brand in an adjacent sector.

Walter James

James Absalom had been CEO of Purcon International for 2 years, and had 4 members of staff. Purcon operates in high end search for the supply chain sector. James approached RE because he wanted to grow a company that was a market leader in a niche sector. James won investment in April 2015, and decided to rebrand to Walter James for a fresh start. Within 2 months of gaining investment, Walter James has already attracted some excellent experienced talent to come and join the business, and has got to an average productivity of £25,000 per head per month!
